What Can I Expect During My First Visit?
First, call our office for an appointment. One of our friendly staff will schedule a time that is convenient for you. When you arrive for your first visit, you will fill out some brief paperwork. This paperwork can be found below and can be completed at your convenience to save you time in our office.
Next, a consultation with your doctor will give you the opportunity to communicate your specific questions and concerns. Your doctor may ask you at length about your health condition and lifestyle to obtain a complete picture of your treatment needs. A comprehensive examination will follow to determine your specific health status. Based on your examination findings, x-rays or other types of diagnostic imaging may be necessary to give you the best care possible.
Your doctor will discuss your specific health condition with you and recommend appropriate treatment during your first visit. Treatment may include spinal adjustments, acupuncture, physiotherapies, or nutritional recommendations. You will also be given specific instructions on certain activities to avoid or perform at home. As you leave, our staff will help you schedule a follow-up visit with your doctor to discuss any test results and treatment plans for your specific health needs.
